Basement 3. Inspection at midway through underpins
Basement 4. Inspection at floor reinforcement and drainage and sumps in
Basement 5. Inspection at drained membrane system installed including pump sets
Basement 6. Notification of Completion
N.B. Additional inspections may be allowed for after the 1st underpin inspection where larger basements are being constructed that may additional have supporting steel work.
Installer certificates required: Electrical, Unvented cylinder, Gas appliance, Damp Proofing Guarantee
